Can I submit document for legalisation at the Embassy of China?

There is no need for embassy legalization since China has joined Hague Convention since Nov 2023.

Chinese embassy in Sweden does not provide legalization service anymore.

How to get an apostille?

If it is a general document, we can apostill it directly. For example, the population registration in original from the Swedish Tax Agency with signature and stamp.

If it is not a public document, for example, a power of attorney, it needs to be notarized first and then apostilled.

到中国使用的文件需要海牙认证

瑞典的文件（包括官方文件和非官方文件）在中国没有既成的法律效力，如果需要在中国使用，需要通过海牙认证。

瑞典的海牙认证是由公证处完成的。文件根据其自身的性质不同，认证程序也有差别。如果是官方文件，例如瑞典税务局出具的家庭关系证明原件带有签字和盖章，这类文件可以直接做海牙认证。如果是非官方文件，例如授权委托书，需要经过公正律师公证后才可以进行海牙认证。我们可以提供所有步骤的认证。
