The Company
Legalisering.se is a part of Alla Visum i Sverige AB (Organization number: 556857-1987) based in Stockholm. Below, Legalisering.se is referred to as “Legalisering.se” or “the company.” Legalisering.se provides services related to apostille, legalization, and translation of various documents. We guide and assist customers throughout the entire process and ensure that everything is handled as quickly and smoothly as possible. We offer our expertise in document legalization for various purposes and and used in different countries. We have no official affiliation with any country’s embassy. It is possible to legalize documents without using our services.
Prices and Payment
Prices are stated including VAT. The prices on our website are estimated, meaning that additional costs may apply. If you place an order for legalization and do not select legalization via the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Utrikesdepartementet) despite the document requiring it, we will contact you regarding the additional fee. Any shipping or other costs will be clearly stated in the shopping cart and before purchase confirmation.
We reserve the right to price increases from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Notary Public, embassies, the Chamber of Commerce, and translators, among others. If a price increase occurs after the customer has made a payment to us, we have the right to request compensation for the difference afterward.
To provide the most accurate pricing possible, we ask you to email a copy of your document for an individual assessment of the process and cost.
Legalisering.se also reserves the right to potential printing and typographical errors.
Payments are handled by Swedbank Pay (https://www.swedbankpay.se). The connection to Swedbank is encrypted.

Right of Withdrawal – Consumer Contracts Act
You can cancel a purchase and receive a full refund if we have not yet started the process. Please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. If we have received your documents and started processing your application, refunds are generally not possible.
If we have received your document but not yet begun processing it, a return shipping fee may apply.
The right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act does not apply to legalization applications, as this is a custom-ordered service that begins as soon as we receive your document.
For more information about the Distance Contracts Act, visit the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket): Click here.
Delivery Time and Responsibility
We always strive for the fastest possible delivery time. If your application is incomplete or incorrect, processing will take longer.
The processing time applies from when we receive all the necessary documents from you.
Documents requiring legalization through embassies may be delayed due to embassy closures, which will extend processing times.
The delivery times we provide are general estimates for the legalization process. In individual cases, processing times may be significantly longer.
Translations performed by an authorized translator are usually sent to us by mail, which may extend delivery time. This is beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays from third parties.
If you have specific instructions for the translation, such as spelling of names, you must inform us at the time of order before the translation is completed. Changes cannot be made to already translated and stamped documents.
Legalisering.se takes no responsibility for the content of submitted documents. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the document meets the recipient’s legalization requirements.
We typically send documents via PostNord REK or DHL. A valid ID is required to collect the shipment. The content of the shipment is insured. If your shipment is lost, you will receive compensation for its contents, but not for costs related to missed appointments or travel disruptions. Delays, however, are not covered unless the package is lost.
Shipping
We offer in-person pickup at our Stockholm office and shipping via PostNord and DHL. If you wish to use another courier or your own messenger service, this is generally possible if arranged in advance.
PostNord delivers within 2 days in most cases, but delays can occur.
DHL Express usually delivers the next business day, depending on the destination. DHL cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, only street addresses.
Same-day courier delivery across Sweden is often possible—contact us for details.
